Dear Audience

The season of 2023/24 will be the last of the co-directorship of Nicolas Stemann and Benjamin von Blomberg. A good reason to visit as many productions and performances as possible of the artistic teams working at the Schauspielhaus this season! For regular theatre goers who would like to see as many plays as possible, also from the repertoire, and are not interested in fixed dates and seats, we recommend Flexible subscriptions, such as the GA, the Half-Price subscription or the Flatrate Under 30 subscription. But if you love to be surprised by new productions, like to fix dates early, prefer fixed seats and theatre days, then our Festplatz subscriptions will suit you too. Incidentally, Festplatz subscriptions also offer flexibility: you can exchange plays and performance dates free of charge up to three days before the performance. Moreover, these subscriptions are transferable.

The sale of our subscriptions for the new season 2023/24 begins on 1 June 2023. The dates for the first half of the season will be announced in June 2023, those for the second half in December 2023. Important to know: all subscriptions are available at 50% off with a StudentLegi, a KulturLegi or an IV Ausweis. With an AHV Ausweis, you can get a 50% discount on the Great Schauspielhaus subscription on Sundays as well as on all Sunday afternoon performances. We have the right subscription for everybody!

Subscription Performance Dates

The dates for the first half of the season from September 2023 to January 2024 will be released in June 2023 and for the second half in December 2023. The dates and plays can be freely exchanged with the exception of the Migros Subscription and the HelloZurich Subscription. Exchanges must be requested at the box office up to three working days before the performance.

Subscription Discounts

All subscriptions are available at half price for holders of student Legi, KulturLegi, and IV identification cards. AHV card holders receive a 50% discount on all Sunday afternoon performances and fixed seating subscriptions. The KulturLegi is available at Caritas.

Subscription Conditions

Our subscription for people under thirty years of age gives you access to all performances, concerts etc. and special events (except for premieres) in exchange for a one-off payment of CHF 111. Tickets to each show may only be obtained on the day of the performance, from the box office. You do not need a Studenten- Legi card to take out our Under 30 Subscription. You must produce your subscription card and your ID card when purchasing tickets. This Subscription is non-transferrable. Limited number of subscriptions available.

With our Premiere Subscription, you can experience the highlights of our season close up. Our Premiere Subscription allows you to attend seven premieres in the Pfauen and one in the Schiffbau-Halle.
